what's up with this quasi ladder bar

There have been other ladder bar setups for f-bodies, but for the life of me I don’t know why someone would want to use one. Properly setup a TA suspension can work very well for straight line and handling. Ladder bars have no give by design and will not work in a handling application and usually end up pretty harsh on the street. If their setup really does give a softer ride I suspect they do it by using very soft bushings to allow some compliance which would compromise the only thing that that suspension should really be good at, straight line…
