when to replace tie rods??

Question when to replace tie rods??

I just recently installed my slp eibach/bilstien combo.. but the guy who was going to do my alignment said the tierods were going bad... he should me under the lift that tie rod bar moved very lil... haven't really had any problems steering a lil loose but i do hear a squeal when i turn the wheel all the way..... if i do what do i need...

If there is play in them, they need replaced.

I would assume the squeal you hear ar full lock is the P/S pump belt slipping.

Tie rod ends aren't very expensive and are a wear item over time.
