Where To Start

I'm pretty sure my suspension is stock, and I would like to start upgrading it. But I'm still a newb to all of this, so I need some help.

What should I add/Upgrade first and what exactly does it help?

I'm looking for something I can still drive as a daily driver, but still stiff enough for good use on the track.

track as in drag stipe? or autoX/roadrace track?

good mods for either would be subframe connectors...weld in...they will stiffen the chassis. another i lower control arms to keep the axle in place, as well as the panhard bar. although the panhard is less important for drag. a good cheap upgrade also is a poly torque arm bushing. will stiffen up the TA for $15

after that...parts start to become specialized for one application or the other.

springs, shocks and sway bars will help in curves

drag springs, drag shocks and no sway bar will help at the drag strip.

Thank you to both of you.

Oh, and by track I meant drag strip.

I would start with some LCAs, PHR and if you want the SFCs go that route.
then look at Torq Arms.

Then decide where you are at and what you need.

Let me know if I can help.
