Who here lowered their car, but then later put it back to stock?

The trick is running a good shock, lowered or not..... I have a lot of customers running stock springs, mostly with Koni's since the shocks make the car work right.
apss.... you've hit your bumpstops, I know you have. They are in play with every spring set I know of. How hard you hit them, etc is determined by spring rate, height, shocks etc. If you look at your rear axle, you'll see the shiny spots where the bumpstops contact the axle housing.

You can get the car looking exactly the way you want and know that there are places you just cant go or you can compromise a little and be able to drive the car wherever you want.
I am a drag racer at my very core but I have also had the car setup for handleing at one point, lowered, big wheels, the whole bit. I got tired of following my buddies around and being stranded in the street while they pulled into the local dairy queen. Scraping the crap out of the bottom of your car really sucks.
Good luck, hope you figure it out.
