Ive seen the spohn one in person at his shop and like everything else he made for my car its great, I have a PA racing one on my car now that Im not happy with as soon as he starts to make his ill be on the top of his list to get one.

I have a Spohn in my car now. Just came in about 2 weeks ago and I started working on it the other day. Really a nice piece. I bought mine with LT mounts and ordered some Madmad solid mounts to go on it. As of right now its just bolted up in the car and nothing else has been done. I have been busy at work and just havent had time to go play...

I belive my K member is one of the first Spohn units out there.

Well I've got UMI's w/ the additional bracing and it fit like a glove and rock solid. Weighed roughly 35lbs but I wasn't concerned w/ weight as I was more room to work with. Only concern I have is the left motor mount has space in between the stud and bracket like a 1/8 or so...not sure if it'll rock the engine under load but won't know for a few months once the weather is decent.

The last K-member we used was a PA Racing, and had no complaints with that either.
i didnt see this thread until now

i have a pa racing k-member for my 3rd gen
i had a crapload of problems just dealing with pa racing and crapload more problems with the crossmember itself
if i could do it again i would have chosen anyone else for a k-member

I am under the impression the Spohn units are built to order. They dont have them on the shelf and only build them when they are ordered.

I got mine in a group purchase with some friends. We bought $10k in Spohn product and it did take several weeks for the K-members to come in. Worth the wait IMO.
