will ls1 springs fit on my lt1
I have an Lt1 camaro....Im looking at buying a used ls1 pro kit.... my first question is ...... will they fit? and also since they are a different spring rate (ls1 has a lighter engine) will my ride suffer? thanks

LS1 pro kit spring is linear 400 lbs I beleive and LT1 springs are progressive 277-600lbs. The #'s off the top of my head are close....I was thinking about this last year and remembered some of the replies. LS1 springs will fit the LT1 and it will feel stiffer. You might want to think about it if your car's a DD.

the rears fit. i have a 97z and i have 98 ws6 springs on the rear. they are nice. just a tad bit lower than the stock z's and a little stiffer too. i had DMS lowering springs on, but they were mushy with the decarbon shocks. i put these on, then about 7 months later i put on some hal shocks. they rock now.
