would help to know what kind of car you're talking about.
from your list of mods, i suspect its a 4th gen
and if by "traction bars" you mean lower control arms...the answer is YES
the bushings are stiffer as is the body of the unit itself. both will reduce deflection under load and help plant the rear tires better.
for a good street/strip setup...look into the BMR poly/rubber combo for the LCAs...less likely to bind on the street but still a huge improvement over stock

Traditional "traction bars" are generally used on leaf spring cars. Bars like the Lakewood "traction action" bars are made for the 4th Gens, but they really don't work. The stock style suspension, with various upgrades for the LCA's, torque arm, etc has pushed these cars to 1.2x 60-ft times. You don't need to go beyond the parts that companies like Spohn make.
