Question Changing clutch

Well I am changing my clutch and found that the most difficult part of this so far is the two top bolts on the bellhousing. What would be the best way to take them off. I am also going to take off the oil pan so I can clean it because its previous owner did not change the oil often and it's always very black. I am also going to straighten out a dent the oil pan has. I am considering an over-haul, but with a busy schedule I can't afford to lose the car. If anybody can help me with the bellhousing on tips on how to take those two top bolts off please help me out!!! Any suggestions that you all have please tell me. I would really like to know.
