Code P0001 and P0003- Is this a bad fuel pump?

Code P0001 and P0003- Is this a bad fuel pump?
My car just died going down the road. I scanned the OBDII I got these codes. It will not start for anything, just turns over. I think its the fuel pump. What do you all think?
