How to remove passenger side lift bracket

I have a '96 Firebird that I am trying to change the valve cover gaskets on, changed the driver side with no problems but went to change the passenger side and can't seem to get to the bolts on the engine lift bracket. Anyone have any suggestions? It's a 3.8L v6 3800 series.
