yeah, right

I dont even see the point of this sticky. No questions are ever fully answered or they just go on unanswered. The entire point of this is to answer questions about MAJOR POWER ADDERS, not to explain what a cam is. This is a joke. "Turbo ownz all" isn't an answer to any question, and if there was more information available about the turbo kits, maybe someone would post about them instead of asking about superchargers all the time. IMO, this post is long overdue, and since I am probibly going to get kicked off and this post deleted. Thanks for the help, for those who did actually answer my posts with REAL answers.

Your car will be fine under 6 psi. Tiago has run over 18 psi on his stock internals, and he is going fine. You never know what problems will arise until they do. You could fry your rings, blow a head/piston, or any combination. As long as you don't just crank it without modifying your engine, you should be ok.

Your car will be as reliable as you make it, and as good as whoever makes it, we really can't answer some of these questions.

As for me, Tiago's making my turbo kit right now, and I have an engine being built to handle 14+ psi on a t-62 turbo. I'll let you know after October 11th on how it runs.

Unstuck.

I swear I'd better not see 500 "What supercharger, turbo, Eaton, etc. can I use?" threads, damnit.

I thought this sticky was a good idea Rich. Too bad some disagreed. But you all failed to mention the best power adder of all. The famous LS1 turbo kit made by GM.

You know the one where you trade in theV6 for a LS1 and GM gives you 280-310 RWHP to play with

J/K

before the flames start on me, I'm just playing. Best power adder IMO is N20. It's definately the least expensive way to add some big HP. But it sucks that you lose all the horses when the bottle runs dry.

I still say this sticky was a good idea because you know over the next year people will ask severl times about N20, SC, ect. It's just far too complicated to figure out that darn search thingy
