Cool Questions about test pipe and code throwing...

I have a 1996 Camaro RS with a 3.8l v6. I have flowmaster 80 with dual out and I am looking to make the exhaust a little louder. I heard doing a cat delete will make it sound nicer. I found a decent test pipe at a decent price, however, I do understand that I will throw a code if I do install one. What could I do so that I dont throw a code? Im sure the answer is chipping it but how much would that cost?
I have a couple lights flashing at me. I got the "ABS INOP" and the "AIR BAG".
A mechanic already told me that the ABS is working fine and that the reason for the light is that there is a sensor on the back of the car that is bad.
My air bag is a little bit more concerning. I have a couple times, taken the driver side airbag out after disconnecting the battery and removing the fuse, just so that I could fix my horn buttons. What do you think could be the reason for the air bag light to be flashing? I KNOW that I have installed the air bag correctly.

P.S. Please dont just tell me that a test pipe is illegal. I am well aware of exhaust pollution regulations.

You will need to have it programed out of the computer. The "chips" in these cars are not removable.

On the air bag, if its on solid, that means the system is disabled, if its flashing, there is a code stored for a fault. Either condition means the air bags will not function if the sensors are tripped. You will need to find someone with a tech 2 scan tool and see what fault code you have or take it to shop/dealer. Its possible the connection got messed up, or if you turned the key on at any time with it disconnected and the battery hooked up. Check fuses first. Make sure the plug at the base of the column is secured as well.
