Slp Loudmouth?

I saw pics of one and wondered if i took a glasspack and ran 2 pipes if it would be the same?

The Loudmouth system is resonated with no muffler as the other will have a muffler filled with fiberglass.

I believe the V6 exhaust is 2.25" in diameter and the Z28 exhaust is 2.75"

Yeah I'd say a Glasspack will be about the same in volume. Both are obnoxious.

That's what people say. I don't think its quite accurate. There aren't many mufflers that will outflow a glasspack without being one themselves. They will get louder with time - as with any exhaust system after the heat settles everything it will get a tad louder but not drastic.

Fair Warning though, Glasspacks have never sounded 'good' they're merely loud. They hack, cackle, and pop. But if you want high flow and volume they are for you.

if you look at the description of the loud-mouth, it says that it has an expansion chamber to "QUELL THE POPS AND CACKLES." this is why the LM is a better choice then the glasspack. i put a glasspack on my 3.4 for a little while and i sounded pretty good. but you will like the sound of the LM alot better.
