Anyone moving to College Station soon that needs an apartment?
I moved to Houston, so I need to find someone to sublease my apartment in college station. It's a 4 bedroom in University Commons located at Southwest Pkwy and Hwy 6. Rent is $400/m, I'll pay $100 of your firth month's rent.
They're nice apartments, fully furnished, washer/dryer in unit, cable w/ HBO, high speed internet, 2 pools w/ hot tub, basketball/volleyball/tennis courts, all utilities/cable/internet included in rent. There'll be 3 other people living in the apartment, two 21 year olds, and an 18 year old, guys.
The remainder of the lease goes through August '07.
