i am looking for an lt1 SS or a trans am, doesnt have to be a ws6. also i am not too paticular about the tranny but i would like a m6. also miles are kinda important but nothing over 100K miles. colors are open except i dont want red or white, see too many everywhere. on the 97 SS i would really like to see a collectors ed. one casue my brother has one, 30thmuSSle, and i really liked those. price i am not wanting to spend more than 12K on the t/a and no more than 17K on the SS. thanks someone has to be able to help me out. bye

why are you willing to spend more on a SS than a T/A? if you are willing to reconcider more $ for a T/A I am willing to sell mine for a more resonable price. It is a 97, is white, M6 and 35K miles.

how much are you looking to get for the SS? is the engine still in top shape? i was not wanting something with mods already done just cause i wanted to find some old lady that drove a t/a or a SS but i dont really care anymore i just want a f body. i would have to still sell my truck, but that shouldnt take to long. thanks later .

1997 Trans AM LT1.
105,000 miles, every option available including leather and t-tops, A4,GM Chameleon in color.
Transmission Rebuilt 1000 miles ago and has a 12 month warrenty. Used Raybested bands and clutches and Corvette Servo. Royal Purple Synthetic fluid, Wix Filter and Summit Racing tranny cooler.
LS1 Aluminum Driveshaft
Meziere Electric Water Pump (being installed this week)
MSD plug wires, Bosch Plat plugs, new fuel filter, PCV valve, and belt installed last week along with the LS1 driveshaft. Also a Jet TB airfoil was installed.
GM Motive 3.73 gears are also being installed this week-end.
Flowmaster 80 series exhaust (2 months old) and a 3 inch cut-out installed last week.
Radiator fluid has been changed along with adding Royal Purple Synthetic additive.
Wheels and tires have 3,300 miles on them. They are 18" Chrome Lotus wheels made by Helo. The tires are 245/40/18 made by Nankang. Both tires and wheels are in PERFECT shape.
The cars body is in near perfect shape with no scratches or door dings and the paint is perfect!
Runs and drives smooth. Looking to by a brand new Trans AM.
