GM techs

Are there any GM tech's in the dallas area that could help me. I recently put a 355 motor in my 95 formula. The car spins over but wont start. I looked for the cause and the injectors are not firing. I checked with a noid light to make sure. I checked all the grounds and they are all present and they are good and they are. I had the VATS deleted and thats the only thing else that i can think of that would make the injectors not fire. Bryan with pcmforless.com is trying to help me out but so far we havent come up with anything. Im stuck and I wanted to know if anyone has had the same problem and what to do to fix it. I dont think the fact of it being a 96 motor and A4 tranny make any difference. The pcm worked before and I even tried another computer and same thing. Please help. Thanks, Bill

Dumb question, but did you check the fuses in the panel? And are you sure the VATS delete is done properly? Does the fuel pump turn on when you turn the key on?
