I can never find anything to go to. I hear people get together on Fridays at some wharehouse, but I don't want to be the weirdo who shows up by himself and just randomly talks to people. Any ideas?

Me, Jon94Z, Joe94B4C, speedmiser, 1965gp, 96-6speed try to get together at the Sams on HWY 6 and I-10 Saturday nights around 8sih.

 

I'm going to cruise up to HWY 6 as well. Might go old school this weekend and take the '65.

 

theres a Brazos State Park cruise on Saturday the 27th (2 days)

tons of cars tonight at the warehouse, huge turnout supposed to happen! Friday

 

This weekend may be dead due to Clobberthon at HRP, who knows, the old school guys will come out none the less.

 

I want to check ou the warehouse... what part of town is it on? I bet HWY 6 will be busy cause it's supposed to be kinda cool. I had someone (stupid_&)*&^*$^&^%*ers!!!!!) break in my garage and steal all my tools the other night, and they kinda scraped up the 65, if I can buff it out I'll be in that.

i know what warehouse it is, are you in houston? if so go to www.htownracing.com, look in the gatherings section, and get to know a few ppl. the guy that manages the warehouse, Josey, arranged with his boss for everyone to be out there. if you go, dont do any stupid **** like burning out or revving the engine. the cops have a hard on to find some excuse to shut the place down.

 

yeah I know Josey too, I posted the htown link above, he gave us a great tour of the warehouse (tire heaven). It was pretty fun, although the Brazos Bend on Saturday was a blast. 25 fbods cruising down 288 taking up the highway, what a great site to behold, pics at ls1tech.com in the Texas Section.
