I had to trailer my car home from school yesterday because I couldn't get it fixed there. Now it's throwing codes and having a hell of a problem (we've got a scanner and a shop to work at) but I'm leaning towards the computer being bad.

Is there anyone around here with a '95 Z28 M6 that could let me trade some money for a test run of their computer on my car? I can take yours out and put it back in for you and everything. The whole process wouldn't take probably 15-20 minutes max. PLEASE let me know ASAP!!!! I have to go back to school tomorrow night(saturday).

I'm in Richardson (Central and Beltline).

i doubt this will work, but if my pcm off of a 96 z28 can help you out at all let me know, im in north dallas, let me know if i can help, i dont need any $ or anything, i just know how it is when ur car starts doing some bull**** especially at the worst times, let me know

 

i know there diff comps, but maybe it will still do something for you, just an idea

 

I don't think OBD-II will work ('96-up). If I find out that they're interconnectable then I'll let you know ASAP.
