17x9 & 17x10.5 work if lowered 1.3"

Car is lowered 1.3" with an Eibach kit (convertible). Will this setup fit? Any rubbing?

17x9 with 275/40-17 on front and 17x10.5 with 315/35-17 on rear.

Since I lowered the car no wheel shop will give me a straight answer.

Depends on the offset. In your PM you indicated the Torque-Thrusts. I think the fronts may have a 45mm offset. That will pretty much insure the tires rub on the inner platic fender liners when the front wheels are turned to full lock, or when the front suspension is fully compressed on a hard bump. The backs are a tough call. The fact that they are only 10.5" wide may make it less of a problem. I can unserstand why a wheel shop would have difficulty answering that question.

As noted in a couple places in the FAQ, the assembly tolerances on the 4th Gens appear to be all over the place, particularly in the back... what fits on one car may not fit on another. There is no "absolute" answer.

IMO, get an Adjustable PHB to get the rear centered up to minimize any chance of rubbing, and also consider having the rear fender lip rolled.
