Nice looking wheels. Offset is correct. I think they will look great on your car. Definitely an upgrade.

Yes... no problems at all. I've run 17x9.5's with both 56mm and 49mm offsets.

How far is your car lowered? That will determine if there is minor rubbing of the tire tread on the front inner fender liners, with the wheels at full-lock. With the 49mm offset, I had the front end down about 1.8" for a while, and it tended to rub with the wheels turned all the way to one side. But the 54mm ofset will provide about 1/5" more clearance.

thats my problem i dont know how far its been lowered bc i just bought the car from an auction and all the mods were on the car previously but i measured from the edge of the tire to the top inside of the fender well and it measures a little less than 3" in the front and 5" in the back

if you have a 2" drop you might want 275/35/17

You would only use the drag radials in the back. They should not be any problem at all. In the front a 275/40-17 probably isn't going to rub except with the wheels fully turned to one side, and hitting a bump simultaneously. The edge of the tire tread will rub on the plastic inner fender liner, and there will not be any damage. You might even be able to use a nylon tie to pull the fender liner up at the outside edge, if its a problem. The noise it makes can be embarassing.

I'm not aware of anyone that makes a 275/35-17 in a street tire, and that would give you a tire that was more than 1" smaller than stock, require a PCM reprogram for the speedo, and would drop the entire chassis 1/2" closer to the ground (not what you want with a lowered car).
