I don't know when lastnight, but someone tried. I guess my dog scared them off because it was going crazy at about 4:00 AM. Didn't think anything of it until I drove the car in the morning. Drove about 2 miles and the car was all over the road. I pulled over and all my lugs on the front drivers side were loose. They even loosened the lock. So I checked my glovebox and my key was gone. Someone must have went into my car when it was parked outside my house in the middle of the day. Sometimes I leave my windows down. Today I bought new locks and now I keep the key inside the house, but my car seems to pull hard to the right. Could this just have messed up my alignment or what?

So what happends when you have a flat tire on the road or need something done to a tire at a shop?? See where I'm going here? Keeping the lock in your house and not your car isnt wise. Just lock the car and hide that key in a good place. If they truly want them, the key only slows them down anyway.

If you ask me, the "special key" is ridiculous.

I did my brakes yesterday and I spent most of my time just trying to get the stupid key off the lugnut.

I just went to autozone and bought 4 regular lugnuts to replace them.

I don't really have to worry about anyone stealing my wheels where I live, not to mention I have a crazy neighbor who is very protective.

Hide the wheel lock, be creative, you definitely want the ke with the car at all times. Getting a flat and having the guy come rip your lock off and **** it up to change your tires isnt cool.

same thing happened to me but it was my right rear and one corner i go around on the way to work is a long fast sweeping left that drops off into woods If it had come off I would have been screwed one lug was half on and I am sure if I didnt mess it up a month earlier it would have come off alot easier and wouldnt have held on

lol - yea, I used to use it so my passengers wouldn't try to touch anything inside of it....but "forgot" until now......reminds me of my first Camaro and how I didn't know I had a spare for 5 months!

Ha Ha you guys kill me. I knew the glovebox locked but it isnt super strong to keep anyone out that truly wants in. The being flashed for bright lights for a month is hilarious

Gorilla locking lug nuts... all 20 of mine require a lock. That'll slow them way down. Key is locked away in the glovebox though.
